aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-6661\"><p>Le premier Conseil de Discipline a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 sur recommandation de Monsieur Boubacar CAMARA \u2013 Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Douanes avec comme Pr\u00e9sident feu Madior Bouna NIANG en 2004. Dormant pendant plusieurs ann\u00e9es, c\u2019est finalement le 28 F\u00e9vrier 2009 sous la Direction du Colonel Armand Jean-jacques NANGA que le Nouveau Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil de Discipline Oumar WADE lance le D\u00e9marrage Officiel des activit\u00e9s dudit conseil conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 son R\u00e8glement Int\u00e9rieur approuv\u00e9 par le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Douanes, d\u2019alors. Trois ann\u00e9es plus tard, en Janvier 2012, Monsieur Oumar WADE passe le t\u00e9moin \u00e0 l\u2019actuel pr\u00e9sident du CDCDS Monsieur Cheikh Loum POUYE qui depuis lors pr\u00e9side aux destin\u00e9es du Conseil de Discipline et ne m\u00e9nage aucun effort pour bien remplir sa mission. Pour rappel, En application des dispositions de l\u2019article 39 du d\u00e9cret n\u00b085-863 du 09 ao\u00fbt 1985 portant organisation de la profession de commissionnaire en douane, Le Conseil de Discipline est auxiliaire des pouvoirs publics dans le maintien de l&rsquo;ordre au sein de la profession de commissionnaire en douane.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div
